Payment for federal criminal cases should be made online at https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/592746554 or by check made payable to the United States Clerk of Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Criminal payments by check must be mailed to the following address:

Payment for most civil debts must be made online at https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/5137251 or with Fedwire. You cannot pay a civil debt by check.
